Shipping

Shipping costs vary according to the weight/volume of the package. Shipping costs in Italy from 0.1 to 3 kg (excluding major and minor islands) are €5.90.

Shipping costs, from 0.1 to 3 kg, for the major and minor islands they are €10.00.

Invoices

As required by the laws governing electronic commerce, all shipments are accompanied by an official bill of sale declaring the value of individual items in Euros. Crafting Dies issues the invoice only for shops and distributors with a VAT number complete with all the data required by law. The invoice is sent after the shipment of the goods via email and contains all the data indicated in the order by the Customer.

For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

TIMES

Order fulfillment times

Orders for items already in stock at Crafting Dies are shipped the first or second working day following the day the order is received . In the event that one of the items ordered is not available in stock within the times indicated above, the Customer will be notified of the delivery times.

Orders are shipped by Crafting Dies from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning.

In all cases, Crafting Dies reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events due to force majeure occur, promptly notifying the Customer.

Courier delivery times in Italy

From the moment the shipment leaves our warehouse, delivery normally takes place within 48 hours throughout Italy, subject to extension of delivery times in the major islands, smaller islands and in areas that are difficult to reach.
