PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

The personal data provided will be processed to fulfill legal obligations and contractual obligations, including administrative and accounting obligations, and for commercial purposes.

METHOD OF TREATMENT

The aforementioned data will be processed in a lawful and correct manner, in compliance with the security obligations prescribed in the Code. Data processing takes place using manual, IT and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA

The provision of data is mandatory as it is essential for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.

CATEGORIES OF PERSONS TO WHOM THE DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED

In accordance with the provisions of the law or regulation, the data may be communicated where this is necessary for administrative needs and for one's own protection. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, categories of persons involved in the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external subjects (such as third party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller. The updated list of Managers can always be requested from the Data Controller.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

You can exercise your rights towards the Data Controller at any time, in particular you can obtain:

• confirmation of the existence or not of data concerning you and their communication;
• the indication of the origin of the data, of the purposes and methods of the treatment, of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with electronic instruments, of the identification details of the Data Controller, of the subjects to whom the data may be communicated;
• updating, rectification or integration of data;
• the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law;
• oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; to the processing of data put in place for marketing purposes or for carrying out market research.
